March Newsletter — The Beauty of Simplicity

For the month of November we are focusing on gratitude, with an emphasis on gratitude for ourselves. To truly accept the blessings and abundance that surround us, it often feels it requires some effort to enter into a space to be able to clearly see and feel these things. Sometimes it may feel it requires great effort to even begin to recognize we have things to be grateful for. To do this work, and to make ourselves open and become willing to accept the lessons and the blessings that life has to offer requires tremendous strength, vulnerability, receptivity and flexibility. To do this work is courageous and for choosing to do so we owe ourselves eternal thanks. We deserve the recognition we often crave directly from the source that craves it. We are all worthy and deserving of offering ourselves reassurance and in feeling self-assured. By allowing ourselves to confidently express our gratitude unto ourselves and into the world creates ripples that impact and affect everything in our immediate circle and beyond. The gift of expressing our gratitude and reverence for the subtle intricacies of our daily experiences is the gift that continually gives back to us and by honoring ourselves within the process we attune ourselves to a higher and higher frequency, thus attracting more abundance and more wonders to be grateful for. A true blessing.

October Newsletter

As we begin to transition into Summertime, so much energy may begin to shift. There may be expectations internally or externally to achieve more with the longer, sunnier days, to switch things up as things begin to switch. The turbulent weather we’ve been experiencing can feel just that, as well, turbulent. It may feel overwhelming initially settling into a new routine, establishing a new goal, embarking on a new journey, or turning a page in a chapter of life… No day is ever the same as the one before or the one to follow. Our personal rhythm is not always synchronized with the rhythm of those around us or with that of nature itself. How can we go about cultivating a sustainable daily routine whilst surrendering to the natural flow of life and enjoying it all in the process?
