Sculpt and Release is our face sculpting facial in San Diego, a deeply intentional treatment focused on the muscles and connective tissue beneath the skin. Rather than working only on the surface, your esthetician uses lifting and sculpting techniques on the cheeks, jaw and neck, then adds inner buccal massage to reach the muscles regular facial massage cannot.
The result is a face that looks lifted and defined and feels released: a looser jaw, less puffiness, brighter circulation and a nervous system that has had 70 minutes to let go. Your 70-minute session begins with a consultation and a gentle cleanse. From there, the work moves under the skin: slow, deliberate sculpting strokes along the jaw, cheeks and brow, manual lymphatic drainage to move fluid, and inner buccal massage performed with professional gloves to release the masseter and cheek muscles from the inside. We finish with hydration and SPF using organic, chemical-free products.

Results come from released muscles, better circulation and reduced puffiness, so they are softer and build over time rather than freezing movement. If you have had Botox or filler, please wait at least two weeks before booking.
